Mitchel E. Phillips, D.O.
Dr. Phillips is a 1976 graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his medical training while serving in the United States Air Force and has been practicing for over 20 years in Las Vegas with a special interest in aging management, bio-identical hormone therapy, risk factor reduction, lifestyle management and rejuvenation.  
He is board certified in Family Practice, Pain Management, and Anti-Aging medicine.


Julie A. Gidvani, FNP-C
Julie joined Phillips Clinic in 2008 after graduating from the University of Iowa as a family nurse practitioner. She maintains a well-developed, multi-faceted healthcare practice focusing on overall patient wellness and disease prevention. She encourages her patients to ask questions and take an interest in their own health.  
Julie worked as an intensive care unit nurse at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics prior to joining Phillips Clinic. She is also certified in anti-aging medicine and can assist men and women with hormone replacement therapy, supplement selection, among others.
When she isn’t working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as, traveling

Kenneth Meier FNC-C
Kennethis the newest member to the team, recently joining in 2019 after graduating from Chamberlain College of Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. My primary focus is on the well being and disease prevention of all his patients with a strong belief in patient centered care. I believe that as a provider my job is not only to treat but to also educate so that patients can make the necessary steps to improve their condition.

Kenneth worked at Summerlin Hospital Medical Center as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse and other various settings before joining Phillips Clinic. In his free time Kenneth enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as leading an active lifestyle and watching sports and movies.


Natalie Ervin, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, FNP-C has over a decade of nursing experience working in multiple different specialties. Most recently working as Nurse Practitioner in the Anesthesia and Pain Medicine department evaluating medically complex patients at University of Washington Medical Center. Natalie believes that evidence-based patient care must be unique to each patient. Her approach focuses on health education and promotion. Natalie has a special interest in educating her patients and discussing their overall health and wellness so they can attain the highest quality of life. 

In her free time she is busy raising three daughters and attending all their extracurricular activities with her husband Phillip
